Tuanum Real Estate engaged Smart Tech Dubai to set up and secure their office in Business Bay, Dubai — a single package covering business WiFi, CCTV, a NAS drive with secure cloud access, and door access control.

What we delivered

Business WiFi — ceiling access points across the office, separate staff and guest networks, central management.
CCTV — cameras covering the entrance, reception and work areas, with a recorder sized for the required retention and full mobile-app access.
NAS drive with cloud access — RAID-protected central storage with department shared folders, and secure remote access so the team can reach files from anywhere without monthly cloud fees.
Door access control — the main entrance and controlled doors on one platform, with instant staff card issue and block and a complete entry log.
Integration — network, cameras, access control and storage commissioned as one working system.

Why it mattered

A real-estate team lives on shared documents and needs to work from site as much as from the desk. Combining the WiFi, storage and security into one design meant staff got fast local access in the office and secure remote access outside it, with everything under one point of support.

The Challenge
