Smart Tech Dubai was engaged as the IT and low-current contractor for the ORO24 head office on Sheikh Zayed Road — one of our largest single projects to date, delivered over roughly a year alongside the main construction and interior fit-out.

The brief was a complete building solution under one contract: structured data cabling, a dedicated server room, enterprise WiFi, CCTV, door and gate access control, firewall security, and audio-visual including an LED video wall and a multi-zone sound system.

What we delivered

Structured cabling — Cat6A to every desk, meeting room, wireless access point and camera, terminated to floor cabinets and a main comms room, tested, certified and documented.
Server room / data centre — rack suite, cable containment, UPS, cooling and clean power, laid out for reliability and future growth.
Enterprise WiFi — ceiling access points across every floor, staff and guest networks separated by VLAN, centrally managed.
CCTV — full coverage of entrances, floors, reception, car park and perimeter with long-retention recording and remote access.
Access control — every controlled door plus the car-park gate barrier on one platform, with time-and-attendance and a CCTV snapshot on each entry.
Firewall & network security — a next-generation firewall with intrusion prevention, web and application filtering, VLAN segmentation and remote-access VPN.
Audio-visual — an LED video wall in reception, boardroom and meeting-room displays, TV points throughout, and a multi-zone background-music and paging system.

Why it mattered

Delivering every low-current system under one design and one team meant the cabling, network, security and AV all worked together on day one — no gaps between trades, one point of accountability, and a single documented handover for the client's facilities team.

The Challenge

A full-building corporate head office delivered as a single low-current and IT package, on a live construction programme, on Sheikh Zayed Road. - Every system — data, voice, WiFi, CCTV, access control, gate barrier, AV and sound — had to be designed together and sequenced around the main contractor and the interior fit-out. - A dedicated server room / data centre had to be built to standard: containment, cooling, UPS, a proper rack layout and clean power. - Hundreds of cabling points across multiple floors, all tested and certified, with capacity left for growth. - An LED video wall and multi-zone sound system integrated into the reception and boardroom without visible clutter. - Security had to be enterprise-grade from day one — a next-generation firewall, segmented VLANs, and access control on every controlled door plus the car-park gate barrier.

Our Solution

Smart Tech Dubai delivered the complete IT and low-current scope over roughly a year, in stages that tracked the construction programme. - Structured Cat6A cabling to every desk, meeting room, AP and camera, back to floor cabinets and a main comms room, fully tested and labelled with a handover cable schedule. - A dedicated server room built out with a rack suite, containment, UPS, cooling and clean power distribution. - Enterprise WiFi with ceiling access points on every floor, separate staff and guest VLANs and central management. - CCTV across all entrances, floors, the reception, the car park and the perimeter, with long-retention recording. - Door access control on every controlled door plus the gate barrier, on one platform with time-and-attendance and CCTV snapshots on entry. - A next-generation firewall with intrusion prevention, web filtering, VLAN segmentation and remote-access VPN. - AV: an LED video wall in reception, boardroom displays and TV points throughout, plus a multi-zone background-music and paging sound system.
