Smart Tech Dubai designed and installed a complete Ubiquiti UniFi network for a large villa in Meydan, Dubai — a full-property system built for seamless coverage and enterprise-grade reliability.

What we delivered

16 × UniFi U7 Pro Wall access points, positioned for complete coverage of every floor, the majlis, garden, pool and gate.
UniFi Dream Machine and Cloud Gateway / Cloud Key managing the network, with a UniFi switch stack for PoE and backhaul.
Cat6 wired backhaul to every access point — so each one delivers its full throughput rather than relaying over wireless.
One SSID across the whole property with fast, seamless roaming, plus a separate guest network.
Central and remote management through UniFi for the client and for our support team.

Why it mattered

A villa this size needs coverage from placement and count, not a single powerful device. Sixteen wired U7 Pro Wall access points on a UniFi Dream Machine give the client one fast network everywhere — indoors, outdoors and moving between them — with the reliability of a wired design.

The Challenge

A large Meydan villa where a single router — or even a wireless mesh — could never cover every floor, wing and outdoor area. - Concrete and block construction across multiple floors, plus majlis, garden, pool and gate areas. - The client wanted one network name with fast, seamless roaming everywhere — no dead zones, no dropped calls moving between rooms. - Enterprise-grade hardware and central management, not consumer kit. - Wired backhaul to every access point for full speed on every device.
