The Challenge
⚙️ The Challenges Challenge 1: Coordinating 6 Systems Simultaneously Lighting, curtains, audio, CCTV, WiFi, and access control all needed to be installed at the same time inside a fully furnished villa without disrupting the client's daily routine. Challenge 2: Concealed Installation in a Finished Villa The villa was already decorated and furnished with no open walls available for surface cabling. Every wall was already plastered, painted, and finished. Challenge 3: Unified Control Across All Systems The client wanted one app and one touchscreen — not six separate control interfaces for six different systems. Challenge 4: WiFi Reliability for 50+ IoT Devices With so many smart devices connected simultaneously, a standard router would collapse under the load and cause constant network dropouts. Challenge 5: Maintaining a Premium Interior Finish The DAMAC Hills villa had a high-end interior — no visible wires, no surface conduit, and no exposed brackets were acceptable to the client.

Solution 2: Fully Hidden Cable Routing Our team carefully routed all cables through existing conduits, false ceilings, and skirting channels throughout the villa. Not a single surface conduit was used anywhere in the property. The result is a completely clean finish from every angle. Both the 10-inch touchscreen and the mobile app provide complete control of all systems from one interface. The client never needs to switch between apps.
